Grimwade Townsite camping area (bush camping)

This scattered bush unofficial camping area is set around a dam and old mill site. The area is 11 km north-east of Balingup and 16 km east of Kirup. To get here, turn on to Grimwade Rd 1 km north of Balingup, and after 9.6 km take the unsealed turn-off on the left. Although there are no facilities here, camping is allowed. This is a pleasant spot for swimming and fishing. You need to bring your own drinking water and open fires are not allowed, so you'll need to bring a gas/fuel stove.
