Known as the Surprise Chef from his own cooking show, Aristos Papandroulakis returned to his home town of Bunbury in 1992 to open Aristos Waterfront. An up-market fish and chippery, the product is so fresh and delicious that patrons travel from all over the South-West to either dine in overlooking the harbour, order takeaway or buy seafood to prepare at home.
