Must Margaret River

Must creates dishes designed for savouring. The menu includes the signature angel hair pasta with blue manna crab, Plantagenet pork and dry-aged Butterfield beef, where cuts are aged for 30 days or more. In keeping with the Must spirit, sommeliers are on hand to assist with selections from a wine list that includes varieties from the region, Australia and internationally. Although new to the Margaret River dining scene, if this version of Must follows the same formula as its Highgate branch in Perth, it is sure to become a permanent fixture. Also worth mentioning are the comfortably appointed Must Margaret River Suites located in the heart of the Margaret River township.
