Danial and Coralie Wind are behind this family-based craft brewery operating in the Margaret River region. It started life in the late 1990s as the Wicked Ale Brewery but changed its name after some gentle pressure from a similarly named US brewery. Bushshack specialises in unusually flavoured beers with chilli, chocolate, lavender, lemon and strawberry among them; but they also make some more normal beers – a dark wheat ale, stout and Scotch ale. Customers can bring their own picnic or use barbecue facilities in the self-themed ‘pub in a paddock’.
