Flutes Restaurant

After meandering through fairytale gardens to reach Flutes Restaurant, patrons are instantly charmed before surrendering themselves to chef Francois Morvan, who consistently delivers innovative creations to the table. The menu has a distinct Asian influence, like the char sui duck. There are also classic favourites like Butterfield beef fillet and braised cheek with potato mash and truffled butter, and Flutes’ signature trio of Pemberton marron, Tasmanian salmon and wild Kimberley barramundi. Any dietary requirements will be met and on-site is the Brookland Valley winery, accommodation and an up-market giftshop.
